The Project is being developed by Oasis Landmark LLP. The Developer, hereby declares that it has availed construction finance (“Facility”) from ICICI Bank Limited (“Lender”) and has secured the Facility by mortgaging the Project Land in favour of the Lender.
All specifications of the apartment shall be as per the final agreement executed with the Developer. Customers are advised to apprise themselves of the necessary and relevant information of the Project prior to making any purchase decisions.
This shall mean the construction linked payment plan whereby the customer has to pay 5% of the Agreement Value at the time of booking. The next 5% of the Agreement Value has to be paid in 21 days from booking. The customer has to then execute the Agreement for Sale by making payment towards the stamp duty and registration charges within 30 days of the Booking. The customer then has to pay 15% of the Agreement Value within 60 days of the booking or on achieving the milestones as per the Agreement for Sale, whichever is later. The balance 75% of Agreement Value is to be paid on application for OC.
Project Banking Details
As per RERA Act, all transfer/deposit of funds by the homebuyers towards booking/purchase of unit are made only in the Collection Account of the project.
